Well I took the CCNA Security exam today and past. It was down to the wire as my CCNA cert would have expire Aug 2nd.
I scored a 955 on the exam after studying hard the last three weeks. I studied mostly using the CCNA Security Exam Cram by Eric Stewart. He said I should get his book in the forums over at www.dslreports.com so I did. The last week I used Boson ExSim-Max to get use to the test taking process again.
Have to say pretty happy I passed. Was not looking forward to taking the CCNA exam again if I failed.

You say in your title 640-533 but in text that you passed CCNA. I am studying for CCNA 640-802. I am useing the Boson CCNA Exsim max as
part of my study.
Are the Boson questions harder than the actual exam?
Hello.
Yes, I took the IINS 640-533 Exam or CCNA Security Certification Exam. It requires you have a valid CCNA Certification to take it. My CCNA Certification was going to expire so I took the the CCNA Security Specialist Exam in order to renew my CCNA Certification and also become a CCNA Security Specialist.
I think that the Boson software actually does a pretty good job of getting you ready for the exam process. Some of there questions were poorly worded and actually had some that were just wrong. Most of those have probably been corrected now.
You should probably just use the software as a tool to focus your studies though. That way you can skip the stuff you already know and be fairly confident in your ability to pass the exam.
